ANCHOR, a youth group, held its fall gathering on Saturday, October 10, at Saint John the Evangelist Romanian Orthodox Parish in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada.
The gathering was called “Gratitude & Fellowship.” Its day was set aside for prayer, thanksgiving, and Christian fellowship. Bishop Andrei of Cleveland joined the young people for the event.
The program began with a Thanksgiving Akathist, a prayer service. Participants then shared a barbecue and spent time in conversation and fellowship with Bishop Andrei.
The gathering brought together prayer, a shared meal, and time for young people to meet with one another at the parish. It marked ANCHOR’s fall event at Saint John the Evangelist Romanian Orthodox Parish.
